High Level Product and Function Overview

HERBERT ZHANG

I am new to ServiceNOW, it looks like an interesting product for some Enterprise ICT disciplines.

I am searching for a High-Level Overview Document for its Product (Modules) and Functions. Also a Case Study would be helpful too.

Any recommendations?

I have the exact same question.  Disappointing that no one has replied to this question.  Where does a newbie start?

Hi @stevelefevre,

I think the first go to sources are:

  1. ServiceNow Product Page: https://www.servicenow.com/
  2.  Customer Success Page for Best Practices, Case Studies and Success Stories. Also first steps for several roles can be found here: https://www.servicenow.com/success.html
  3. To start learning, it's Nowlearning: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/
