how do you access the onboarding checklist?

I keep getting emails about not completeing my onboarding checklist but no one has been able to tell me how? there are articles about a mobile onboarding app but Rome does not support the mobile app so I went to YouTube found a video about downloading a plugin Lifecycle events Onboarding HR but It is still not clear can anyone offer any suggestions?

If you are asking about Onboarding checklist in Now Support Portal then you can navigate to Url - "https://support.servicenow.com/now?id=ns_admin_checklist"

If the onboarding checklist are not completed then you can see a navigation link by click on Task Icon on the portal header.
