Unable to view Knowledge bases in List view

When I repair the Knowledge Management Installer plugin. In the list view, I am unable to view the knowledge bases, except for the Human Resources knowledge base, which is accessible despite the plugin not being installed for it. What Can be the issue for this..!

Check your ACL's and User criteria.

I have checked ACLs and User Criteria but am unable to view the list view its same as before.

Try to repair the plugin once again.

check if the value is visible in the DOM,
