Unable to view Knowledge bases in List view

When I repair the Knowledge Management Installer plugin. In the list view, I am unable to view the knowledge bases, except for the Human Resources knowledge base, which is accessible despite the plugin not being installed for it. What Can be the issue for this..!

When I Logged into portal I am Facing this issue can you please look into this issue and help me out.

this is due to restricted caller access of Employee center,

 

Go to Application restricted caller access and check for the status other than allowed.

source scope HR, Target scope Emp center and review then allow the access.

 

The Problem is sorted by Installing the HR plugins 🙂.
