vROPS integration with Service now with MID server

Hi All , We have vRealize Operations manager 8.x which we want to integrate with service now for ticketing for alerts what we get on vROPS . We also have mid server as the Service now is at DMZ location and service now  URL cannot be accessed from vROPS . 

Since MID server uses Pull operation to get the events , What configuration has to be done on vROPS so that it can pull the events and in vROPS we do not have events as such and we only have alerts which can be pulled from notification . 

Any help on this will be much appreciated . Thanks in advance .

Thank you for the response 

I have seen this documentation and we have configured the connecter for vROPS but it shows 0 Events . Is there any configuration required at the vROPS end so that MID server can fetch the events  based on our policies set on vROPS .

Does the user you created in vrops have read only access to all? That is what is needed. Are you using vRealize_V2?

User with readonly access to all objects.
