Hello @RohitRR ,
Now Assist in ServiceNow leverages generative AI to enhance productivity and user experience. It helps with tasks like case summarization, chat summaries, resolution notes, and improving search capabilities.
Unfortunately, Now Assist isn't available on Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) as it's limited to customer instances. However, you can explore it through free learning instances provided by ServiceNow via Now Learning. Enroll in Now Assist courses there to gain hands-on experience in a lab environment.
Please Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Regards,
Aniket
