Hi,
This has been asked a lot. Some of the links people have shared here:
The links:
Nice advice from asifnoor:
1. Finish Service Now fundamentals course on nowlearning website. once you finish this, you will get a voucher which you can use for certification.
2. Then go to certification and download the exam blueprint from here
https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification/certified-system.html
3. The blueprint gives idea on the concepts from which you get questions and practice them on your PDI
4. Once you feel comfortable with all the concepts, then take some mock tests. You can check for mock tests on Udemy, quizlet and other websites. Try to score maximum in mock tests as that will give you confidence and also you might get some of the questions in the main exam as well.
5. Also don't forget to checkout release notes. you might get 1-2 questions form that as well.

General advise for ServiceNow exam -
Questions are often curated and differently worded in main exam so may or may not be repeated, so its better to practice with as many possible to avoid surprises. This is where practice and coverage of exam scope comes handy so that we are not caught by surprise. Always look to the exam blueprint to ensure alignment with exam scope.
Having hands on interaction with the platform will form the bulk of your preparation. As far as studying goes, every topic in ServiceNow fundamentals should be duly reviewed. Don’t memorise the answers but research all the topics you aren’t confident in. The mistake is to expect Quizlets/dumps/practice tests to be exactly the same as the CSA exam. They aren’t but the topics and content are.
No one will be at 100% going to exam. You should prepare by taking the official fundamentals course on Now Learning, playing on a dev instance to get hands on, dive into ServiceNow community, docs.servicenow.com
This article outlines the CSA exam preparation tips. Also, check ClassMarker portal tests. verify with own efforts. Good luck !
