1. Finish Service Now fundamentals course on nowlearning website. once you finish this, you will get a voucher which you can use for certification.
2. Then go to certification and download the exam blueprint from here

3. The blueprint gives idea on the concepts from which you get questions and practice them on your PDI

4. Once you feel comfortable with all the concepts, then take some mock tests. You can check for mock tests on Udemy, quizlet and other websites. Try to score maximum in mock tests as that will give you confidence and also you might get some of the questions in the main exam as well.

5. Also don't forget to checkout release notes. you might get 1-2 questions form that as well.

Well, that is quite a quick response to promote personal commercial courses on ServiceNow community !!

How is an unofficial course on Udemy meant to help professionals prepare for ServiceNow certification exam ?

People need to focus on building things in the PDI, try things on own and refer to the bible of exam blueprint. Just attempting unofficial courses content gives you a false satisfaction of preparation but it wont really help as the exam is based NOT on old traditional questions but use cases that you may encounter only when you spend more time in the PDI than on some paid unofficial course !!

Hope people like Catalina understand this and STOP piping their Udemy, Classmarker stuff on this community.
