What am I missing? I try to import Knowledge Categories in to kb_categories table but I always receive same error.
I'm at Knowledge Categories [kb_category] table, then I selected Import and then created following Excel to import new category.
Sys_id is copied from "Knowledge Category: Email".
Any ideas?
If you do an easy export of an existing one, you would see how it looks in Excel when updating/importing. For instance:
No need for sysIDs. Just the name of the parent category/kb.
