Hi Team ,
Has anyone implemented a functionality to mass download kb articles as pdf (.zip folders)?
We need to be able to download articles from the system in bulk with the content and all the article form fields details as a pdf.
Any inputs on this would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Fedrick

Hello @Feddy
Greetings!
OOB, only one article can be exported as pdf at a time. Bulk exporting to pdf is not possible.
refer the below doc:
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0818411
I see there is duplicate question for the same, you can remove one as it'll benefit future users:

Please hit the thumb and Mark as correct based on Impact!!
