Not sure if anyone has seen this before, we've completely redone one of our articles recently. However, as we didn't want the updated version to show a one star rating, we decided to clear out all feedback records against the article (we don't use feedback tasks). It looks like any helpful indicators have now been removed, however it still shows a rating?
Any thoughts on what I could be missing from other tables/records?
