Does anyone store High Level designs in their knowledge bases?

Hello, 

New to KM and ServiceNow. I am working with project delivery teams to transfer their knowledge to our new ServiceNow knowledge bases. Wondering if anyone stores their technical documentation in their internal knowledge base? If they are already created in Vision for example, do you just upload as a picture?

Hi @MichelleMSmith ,

We do have both HLD and LLD documents stored in our KB, however I guarantee we do not send them to our Knowledge Workers :-).  We have both content we can restrict to just our team vs. content for all to see via User Criteria.  We also have training articles for pretty much anything you need to know our our program, which is pretty much why we never really reference them to our users.  We do have visio images showing process or workflow, but much like our policy article, we rarely have the need send to our users.  Hope that helps!
