glide.knowman.enable_approval_notification is enabled, but knowledge base managers do not get email notice of approval

In KM v3, glide.knowman.enable_approval_notification  is enabled, but knowledge base managers do not get email notice to approve articles in Review state.

What are the related settings/configurations to make this working?

Hi Tom,

Is the issue only for few users or all the users? Also, if the issue is only with a specific modules or other module emails are also not getting triggered.

You could try using some catalog item and verify that user is getting the emails from other catalog item.

If not then it might be a user's preference/notification device/email is empty or invalid issue.

If it's getting the email then you need to check the place from where the notification is being triggered that it has the correct value for the whom to send.

Alok - I am having the same issue. approvals getting sent for REQ and RITM where I have an approval in the flow, but it wont sent for KB workflows. any thoughts?>
