How can Knowledge Managers publish Draft Articles?

Hi community,
we have a knowledge base (Known Error) with 3 Knowledge Managers.
As part of their work, they want to now and then filter for Draft articles that got "left behind" and publish them.
However, they don't have the option to publish these articles (which were created by others).
How do we achieve this in a simple way?
We are on Vancouver, and have enabled Advance Knowledge plugin & versioning.
The Known Error knowledge base uses the instant publishing & retire workflows.

Hi Tommy,
Recently had a similar issues where drafts could only be edited/published by a full Admin or the original Author. After some testing found that adding the "knowledge_group_member" role to the user seemed to allow them to make the changes required. Not 100% sure if it will work for you but might be a good starting point.

@Eoghan Sinnott I tried with the knowledge_group_member role but no luck I'm afraid! Hopefully someone will be able to provide an answer...

The publishing and retirement of KB depends on the flow mentioned in Knowledge Base. On this case, you need to change the flow to Approval Publish , so that email trigger as per the flow and it manager get notification for approval.
