I was recently reviewing the knowledge bases in our instance when I noticed a couple new ones that I did not create. How can I tell if these new knowledge bases were created as part of an application install or plugin being added to the instance?

Hi Jason,
You should be able to go into the history of the Knowledge Base itself via the Hamburger in the upper left. That should give you detail as to who created it and when. If the Created by is not an employee, then you can assume it's either an OOB KB that comes automatically with a plugin. The name of the KB could provide a hint as to what plugin it may have come from. I hope that helps!

Hi @Jason Sturgeon,
I guess you can look at their Created by field and see if it was created by someone in the likes of admin or system.
Also, if you look at the Application field of the records, you can see which application/plugin the KBs are part of. Note that some will be in Global scope and some may be missing these values.
Cheers
