Is anyone here using Social Q&A?
- What is your use case?
- Is it worth it?
- How do you manage it?
- Do you use it per Knowledge Base, Or do you have it as it's OWN Knowledge Base?
We saw it initially, but didn't know how to best manage it (How do we consider the responses as "final answers? Do you make those KB articles, then delete the thread?)
Someone wants to leverage another Social tool, but noted that we already have this.

as you can read on page https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-release-notes/page/release-notes/summary/rn-summary-depreca... the Social Q&A feature is deprecated.
Or do you refer to the Communities feature of ServiceNow?

Yes Maik, I did notice that after some digging... I was indeed referring to the Social Q&A originally.
So that begs the followup questions:
- Is anyone STILL using Social Q&A?
- Is anyone using Communities in place of it, so you can obtain similar functionality?
- What is your use case?
- Is it worth it?
- How do you manage it?
- Do you use it per Knowledge Base, Or
