Make knowledge articles visible to itil users only

Hi Team,

I need to make all the knowledge articles to be visile to itil users only. How to achieve it?

Hi,

You can do it at knowledge base level

Navigate to Knowledge-> User criteria. Create a user criteria for users having itil role

Open your knowledge base and select itil user criteria in Can Read related list

 

Yes, but now there are 400 articles so can I do using business rule? Because each one I cannot keep on adding individually right?

Hi Akshata,

Please follow below steps to achieve it.

1. under knowledge management click on the user criteria and add itil role to it.

2. Once you define the user criteria open the Knowledge base and in Can Read related list click on edit and select the user criteria which you created before.
