,KB article is flaged(flag=true)but there is no feedback attached to reference listed.

In Filter Navigator, enter Knowledge
Step2: Under Knowledge, see My Flagged -
Step4: Scroll to bottom of article to see Knowledge Feedback tab - Observe no knowledge flags .

is there any posibity ,KB article is flaged(flag=true)but there is no feedback attached to reference listed.

  • Navigate to Knowledge > Administration > Properties.
  • In the Actionable Feedback Properties the  Values are already enabled
  • the problem is v1.0 do not  show  feedback comments but v2.0 shows the comments. and v1.0 flag is true but v2.0 flag is false.

Ok then it creates task only for latest published article, I'm sure v1 is retired and v2 is published right ? this is working as expected.

Yes..v1 is retired and v2 is published..how about the flag status works here. Any reference article about the flag.
