No, there is no OOB native reporting dashboard or batch scan component to generate an error count across multiple articles simultaneously.
The built-in TinyMCE Accessibility Checker operates as a real-time, in-editor tool. You must open an individual article and run the check manually or during the publishing process to see the errors.
