Knowledge Approvals on Employee Center

We are working on improving the information on the To-Do List for article approvals. What information have you found most useful that can be added to that tab? It seems strange that out of the box it is just the article name and number when we'd like the managers to read the contents and make sure it is correct. I'm thinking ideally we would want the whole text of the article, an option to edit, and most of the fields. Is that possible?

Hi @mauramcgrath ,
Although we are not yet using Employee Center Pro, we are working towards it early 2025. Even in Native UI, we also felt that not enough Knowledge Approval information was made available for our KCS Coaches in the list view. With that, we created a custom list between the sysapproval_approver & kb_knowledge table. This then allows us to bring in the Short Description along with other fields from the KB Knowledge table. We are hoping to apply some of the same thought when we are in ECP.
