Knowledge Article not launching

Hi All,  I am having a problem since enabling Next Experience with Knowledge articles with images. When I search for an article from the portal and click on it, it downloads instead of displaying.

How did you add the images to your article? Maybe the way you're adding them is causing this to happen? I bring my images with my articles but you can also bring them in individually using attachments. Hi Kevin, 

 

Sounds like the "Attachment link" option on the knowledge article may be selected. Worth making sure that this box isn't checked for the articles in question.

Do you mean the article downloads, or the image?

Is it happing for all the articles (with images) or particular articles?

 

I can suggest you one thing to check. In knowledge article there is a checkbox saying "Attachment Link". If this is checked for your article it will download all the attached images to the article instead of opening it. Find below screenshot for your reference.

You have to uncheck this if you want to open the article. If you want to make the images/attachements downloadable once the article is opened, you can check the other checkbox saying "Display Attachments". This will enable the user to download the attachment after opening the article.
