Meta description disappearing on KB Article after saving/updating

Hi,
When trying to save or update the meta description on my kb article, the description disappears. Any idea on how this can be resolved?

Check if there are any UI policy or script written on the field.

Hi,
Check if there are any On Load Client Script written on Knowledge Table .
Also check if there are any Business Rule which might be setting it to empty on insert or update operations.
Navigate to Business Rule Module and check if Script contains "meta"
Similarly, navigate to client script and check the same as shown below:

Is it as simple as the formatting? Have you tried putting underscores between word in a phrase, no spaces?

the underscores did not work.
