For Feedback Tasks, members of the knowledge article ownership group should be able to view and work the feedback tasks.
From the fulfiller view menu, members of the ownership group don’t see these menus.
I see that the menu needs the knowledge role.
In the documentation it states
“Knowledge group member [knowledge_group_member]
Knowledge group members are part of an ownership group that can be associated to knowledge articles. They can approve knowledge articles, assign feedback tasks to themselves and work on them as well as edit any knowledge articles that their ownership group is assigned to. Knowledge role comes as a subordinate role.”
We have groups that are knowledge ownership groups but the users did not get the knowledge role.
How are members of the knowledge ownership groups to work feedback tasks if they don't get these menus?
Do we need to assign the role to each member?

Hi @JulietChicago
Check if the knowledge ownership groups include the "knowledge_group_member" role. As far as I know, the "knowledge_group_member" role needs to be explicitly added to the groups. The documentation also does not mention that it will be added automatically.
So please check if those ownership groups have "knowledge_group_member". If not, then add them.

Siva
