Permalink is pointing to draft version of Articles (Utah release)

Is anyone else experiencing a change in the permalink functionality?  In that the permalink now points to a draft version of a published article.

Example; I have an article that its published version is 8.0. The article is being updated and has a version 8.01

When providing the permalink for the 8.0 version to users they are rendered/taken to the 8.01 "Draft" version.

There have been zero changes to the KBase  "Can Contribute" or "Can Read" in the last 4 years.

This is extremely worrisome in that an individual could prematurely execute scripts, commands, etc, that would lead to service degradation, business impact resulting in the loss of revenue given the draft content is just that draft not ready for consumption.

Anyone out there experiencing the same issue?  You may want to verify? as this is a very serious exposure.

Thanks for posting about this. I spot-checked a few articles I know have drafts right now, and have seen the same thing - Permalink is directing to draft/review versions.

What release of SNOW are you on please ?

We are on Utah.

I am interested in this topic as versioning is on our near-term horizon.  My understanding is that the permalink (https://<instance-name>/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0823947) provides the user with the most recent version of the article they have access to.  So for users with 'can contribute' access to a knowledgebase this means the permalink would open any checked out Draft/Review versions of the article.   If there is a way to ensure permalinks only open the published version of an article, I would be very interested in knowing more about that.
