Hello All,
Our ServiceNow just got upgraded to Xanadu and as a KM Manager role I can see Platform Analytics. Some questions:
1) Is this only available to specific roles like Admin, KM managers....etc.?
2) Can this be made available to more teams, various IT teams?
3) Also, I notice only 3 of the 16 dashboards have data, the rest either shows error or no data. I know before this was available, reports / dashboards have been created for like Change Management, Incident Management...... Wonder how we could migrate or set up to show data. For some reason Knowledge Management contains the most data.
Thanks

Hi All
OOTB any reports on the knowledge table are only visible to Knowledge managers. This is very frustrating because the OOTb dashboards for knowledge are not intended for authors/ownership groups but if I create my own, they can't see anything.
In Platform Analytics is this still the case? if so, how do people go about letting Spain (for example) understand
1. Most and least viewed articles
2. Outstanding feedback tasks
3. Upcoming expiries
Thanks for any insights
Leri
Edit: Mark is questioning my question on your question but I would love to know if when you complete your migration the issue where you as a knowledge manager can see the reports but your ownership group members cannot still happens.

Why are you asking a question on someone else's question? If you create your own it would a) help others with the same question, because it can be found and b) doesn't spam contributors to this question with unrelated content (questions/answers).
Within PAE you can share a dashboard and with that, all content is shared as well. It's no longer needed to also share the reports one by one. However, users still need access to the content of the reports (if you aren't allowed to see the data, you will just see an empty report).

You need to migrate the old stuff first. There is a migration tool available. Do know that there is no way back, so plan this carefully, because it will change the way people are used to reporting/dashboarding.
