Problem Publishing KB Articles

We recently upgraded to San Diego.  None of our KB admins or managers are able to publish any articles.  They are stuck in a Draft state and will not allow us to publish.  I have also tried publishing using full admin rights in SN and that will not work either.  We do use groups that allow read or read/write access, but I would think full admin would overwrite those limitations.  Currently we can edit a KB article, but no one can publish.  Any suggestions?

Thank you all for the suggestions, but none of them have resolved our issue.  The issue has been escalated to SN via HI

You should raise a HI ticket. Also check if there are any additional conditions on the publish button
