Report on Knowledge Base Articles Viewed and Not Viewed

In Service Now, how do you create a report for Knowledge Base Articles that have not been viewed in the last 6 months?

OR

Published KBA not viewed in the last 6 months.

 

 I'm trying to run it of the 

Table: Knowledge Use [kb_use]

we have also tried the knowledge kb_knowledge table.

is it possible to run a report on the Knowledge Base Articles and get the date information on the views and filter basted off that?
