Hi all

I would like to check whether it’s possible to bypass the workflow for articles where only the valid-to date has been updated and no content changes have been made.

If an employee is only extending the valid-to date, can the system detect this and allow the update to be approved automatically?

Are you using versioning? You could use the "Enable minor edits" property and then define which fields are allowed to be edited, in your case the valid-to field.

Rudip, we need to create a new version to when a valid to date is getting extended.
