Hi,
Yes I saw this doc earlier but i am having an doubt like how to apply that other user should not read or contribute to the Knowledge Base/Knowledge Article through user criteria. I am not getting that Point how to restrict or where to restrict.

Hello,
In user criteria you can specify either particular roles or only members of particular group ,companies or locations can read and edit those knowledge bases.
My approach would be to use either roles as scoped roles can be used there which is not assigned to every user or also you can use group assign these scoped role to the group and add members.
