Submit Request and Submit incident buttons Via knowledge Articles

How can we enable submit request buttons for an article directs to a link? can anyone help with instructions, in my knowledge records there is create incident fields as check box to enable button on portal but not for requests.

@krishnaRedE ,

out of the box, ServiceNow only provides a built-in option for “Create Incident”, not “Submit Request” buttons in Knowledge articles.

So if you want a Submit Request button that directs to a Catalog Item or Request Form, you have to configure that manually.
