Use Knowledge Blocks for Bulk Changes to Images within KBAs

Hi all! I'm looking for an efficient way to maintain/update images within Knowledge Articles - potentially using Knowledge blocks.

My organization uses iNFOR as our HRIS, and we have 150+ articles with screenshots showing step-by-step instructions for how to accomplish certain processes within iNFOR (e.g., "How to Acknowledge a Performance Review in iNFOR", "How to Review Salary Structure in iNFOR", "How to Change your Name, Marital Status, or Gender on iNFOR GHR"). Every time iNFOR undergoes an update, we have to manually review each iNFOR article and replace outdated images.

To improve efficiency, I'm wondering if I can use knowledge blocks for images that are repeated throughout articles (e.g., Screenshot of the "My Profile" view within iNFOR GHR ESS). I'm hoping this would allow me to change a few knowledge blocks versus editing hundreds of articles.

We have never used knowledge blocks before, so I'm hoping to get some insight as to whether this may be a feasible solution. Thanks in advance!

I believe knowledge blocks would be a viable option as long as all the articles are under the same knowledge base as knowledge blocks can only belong to one knowledge base.
