Hello,
Is there a way for authors to manage their content while ensuring the user criteria take effect on the Employee Portal so that their own employee experience is not effected?
Here is our Use Case
- Tom works in HR and is not a Pilot
- Tom can create articles in the knowledgebase attached to the Employee Portal
- Tom create an article about Pilot vacation
- Tom only wants Pilots to view this article so selected the Can Read user criteria for Pilots
- Now when Tom searches the knowledge he can see this article even though his is not the Pilot group.
- We want the employee experience to be only view content tailored to their employee group.
- However for our knowledge article contributors/authors who create the content for other employee groups that they are not members of they see content for that groups that do not apply to them.
Is there a way for authors to manage their content while ensuring the user criteria take effect on the Employee Portal so that their own employee experience is not effected? Or customizing the search on the portal so contributors get their content as employees and not their content they created as part of their job.
Thanks
Juliet
