Has anyone else configured successfully with Word Online as per the instructions here?

On multiple PCs,  the connection to the PDI just appears to time out. Are there any other configuration steps that I'm missing?

this could be because of a HTTP Response header configured from Global scope that is restricting the access to the Addin Page. Try deactivated or updating the Global application response header, it should work.
