How to send a request with an attachment to a user for e-Signature in service portal

I need to create a request to send a document to a user, then he has to e-sign the document and in return I need to get back the signed document after the user signed and submitted. How to attain the whole process in service portal[ As like In HR services]. I need the process in detail as I am new to this.
