Hello - I just upgraded our Dev instance to Fuji patch 3.
- I then activated the domain_reference_picker to true.
- I validate that domain_select is true.
Problem: I cannot view or select global domain. If I type global in the domain
picker it goes back to the Primary domain.
In order to modify workflow's or catalog items I need to be able to switch to
the global domain.
I believe this to be a bug and have opened a ticket with HI on it.
Thanks
Hank

Figured this one out!
Problem was I was logged in with my primary account.
I completely forgot that my primary account was tied to the primary domain.
Logout and logged in with admin, problem resolved.
Admin is a part of global domain
So when I do any work that is not domain separated, I will just
need to remember to login with admin.

Hank,
That's correct what you said, however - if you have any admin accounts in global domain, ACE report will show you a warning that there should not be any global accounts with admin privileges on an instance. If you don't want to use admin account in global domain and if you still want to use reference domain picker then you may have a problem as this domain will not appear in the suggestions nor on the reference list. It's strange because global domain appears if you want to change domain of some records like SLAs. I contacted ServiceNow reg. this issue and got a reply that they created enhancement request on my behalf. I hope it can be fixed soon.
