ServiceNow - Email OAuth (Test Instance) I Certificates & Secrets

Hello Everyone!!!

I had a request from an infrastructure team member to update the client secret key in the test instance for email oauth as it is about to expire. I have received the secret key value and and the secret key ID, however, I am not sure where to update these in the instance. I have searched under the application registry application but from the list of records I cannot find any record that relates to the above requirement.

HI @Pinky_setso

Can you check with your team members/Architect, how this was done earlier?

Hi @Pinky_setso ,

can you search with the clint ID to find the right application registry,

Application Registry> search with client ID that you have in the client ID column.

Hi Hemanth,

I have tried to filter by client ID but nothing matches the client ID issued on the list of records. I was even thinking it could be the O365 OAuth record, but nothing on this record matches the details issued for me to update.

Hi Hemanth,

I had already asked that thanks, but the person who had knowledge on this was on leave last week but I managed to get assistance this week.  It was actually an 0365 OAuth record which I needed to update even though the client ID was different.
