Single Sign On for different domains using MSP

I have posted this in Create Now:

Single Sign On for different domains using MSP

Has anyone tried implementing SSO   for multiple domains in MSP.

We have domains according to companies and every company has its own AD server. We need SSO for one domain which we implemented using SAML2.0. For the other domain we need to implement LDAP. Is this by any chance possible or do I need to wait for Eureka release ?

Regards,

Sachin

I had previously implemented a multi SSO solution in a MSP instance with the help of Professional Services.   They already had a script and it just needed to be implemented.   Setup after this is rather easy, but seems like they added that script into the Eureka release.   Which during the time we were having PS implement the multi sso, we were on Berlin, they said it would be made available in a future release (ie: eureka).

Hi,

Just for your information, ServiceNow has made the Multi-SSO feature available starting from Eureka.

As your instance will be not in Eureka and still you want to setup Multi-SSO in your environment, you need to raise Hi ticket for the same.

Please mark answer as correct if it was really helpful!!
