What's new in this documentation?

• MCO now integrates with FSM:
• When a non-conformance or quality investigation record requires field verification, containment, or remediation, you can create an FSM work order directly from within QIM.
• Use cases showing how MCO connects dealers, OEMs, and internal teams on one platform:
• Recall campaigns
• Repair claims
• Quality investigation
• Sales promotion
