How to use Scripts in Virtual Agent Chatbot.

Hi team, actually i am looking for response in virtual agent chatbot, that if user enters Incident number in chatbot, it has to fetch the incident record details with respect to short description, and we need to map/filter the total records with respect to keywords, and we need to finds the max matched keywords records as chatbot response. is it possible to display the records in chatbot. Actually i created a client script to fetch matched records...but unable to implement it in chatbot.

see in above image i am displaying records that are match with short_description keywords from all incidents records. same thing i want to show in chatbot... please help me out...
