I’m currently supporting a manufacturing company in Austria that is working with ServiceNow to manage parts of their commercial operations processes.
The project focuses on Sales & Order Management workflows on the ServiceNow platform, with integrations to external systems such as CPQ / pricing engines (for example Logik.ai).
Because MCO (Manufacturing Commercial Operations) is still quite niche on the market, we are trying to connect with ServiceNow developers who may have worked on similar topics such as:
- Sales & Order Management workflows in ServiceNow
- Order lifecycle / commercial operations processes
- Integrations between ServiceNow and CPQ or pricing platforms
If you have experience with similar implementations, or know colleagues who worked on SOM-related ServiceNow projects in manufacturing environments, I would really appreciate any insights or connections.
