Servicenow sends email notifications to Outlook

hello,
In a new servicenow personal environment, I want to send email notifications to Outlook through my personal instance. How should I configure it.
Because the incident ticket will automatically send an email notification, but my Outlook did not receive the notification. I have also configured the email properties, but I still cannot receive the email notification for servicenow in Outlook.

Hi Li,
As far as I am aware the mails for developer instances are disabled. Suggestion is to do a preview mail for a check.

If it is a formal environment purchased by the company, does it not require configuration and Outlook can directly receive emails sent by servicenow?

Hi @Li QingWen
Have you tried to set up your SMTP Email Account in your PDI?
And also set the test email to your email account.
