ATF : Normal Change Approval Requiring Sign Off

In ATF Normal Change i am trying to approve the record. Once i get to the approve step i can open the record and select approve but it doesn't actually approve it since the sign off does not show. What the process shows outside of atf is you click approve and then the popup for sign off appears as shown below. Would this even be possible in ATF or is there a work around

Check the approver.

only Active should be checked.
