Branding Virtual Agent - failed

Hello all,

 

I am trying to complete the Branding Virtual Agent lab, name of the LAB: Virtual Agent Implementation, Client Configuration, Web Client Branding - LAB 2.1. Even if I followed the steps over and over again, I have the following error: Did you update the logo, chat header, chat header background, chat header font, and bot profile?

Can someone help?

Hello Pradeep,

 

Yes, the pdf was followed exactly step by step. For me it still did not work after 15 tries unfortunately.

I restarted the session multiple times as well, restarted my laptop, cleared my cache, nothing changes.

 

I believe it is a bug.

 

A few days after, magically, it worked.
