User account Synchroniation in Dev , Test and Prod environments

Hey there!

 

In my client's Prod instance, they have created one user account for me to configure some features with admin access. Within same customers Dev environment, there is no user account that was created for me in the Prod instance or synced with Dev environment. And when I connected with my customer, he asked me to check with the AD. 

Can anyone help me with how to sync the user account in different environments or is there any suggested best practiced approach to do so!!!

Technically, your account gets created in AD for the production instance, and now it has been moved to a lower instance with the same system. You need to enable SSO there first; only then can you log in. Alternatively, you can ask the team to create a local account in the Dev and Test instances, which will work without SSO.
