Branding Virtual Agent - failed

Hello all,

 

I am trying to complete the Branding Virtual Agent lab, name of the LAB: Virtual Agent Implementation, Client Configuration, Web Client Branding - LAB 2.1. Even if I followed the steps over and over again, I have the following error: Did you update the logo, chat header, chat header background, chat header font, and bot profile?

Can someone help?

I'm also having the same issue. Do you remember if in your case the chat agent icon (not the header icon, the avatar) was updated or remained default NOW logo? In the PDF step 5 of the configure branding section shows the now logo, which is the same as mine, but in the screenshot in lab verification suddenly the picxel logo is displayed. In my service portal though. If you also had the now logo displaying then I will just wait some days and see if the issue resolves as it did for you, but wanted to check if you know

Nevermind...I typoed "Picxel" as "Pixcel" in one place. Resolving that solved my issue

The same thing is happening for me. I've followed the document to a T and I can see it's branded properly. I have wasted literally HOURS on this. Very frustrating.
