Closed date is different ,or prior than open date

Hi everyone, I’m currently stuck with this issue:

  1. In the incident form, the Closed date is earlier than the Opened date.

  2. But this is happening only for 10 incidents from 5 months ago — not for any recent incidents.

  3. The Opened date is the same as the Created date.

  4. But the Closed date is different from the Updated date.

If there were any custom Business Rules, Flows, or Scripts causing this, then the same issue should appear in recent incidents as well — but it’s not.

I’m unable to find the root cause or figure out how to resolve this.
Can anyone help?
