Resolved! Issue with my unmoderated item on ServiceNow community

When I ask a question or reply to a question it goes to "My Unmoderated Items" section under "My items Awaiting Approval" status. It does not post a question or add a reply to a post for several hours. @Dan Bruhn can you help me with this issue?
