We're evaluating ServiceNow for a manufacturing client that needs predictive, proactive visibility into supplier delivery risk across 1000+ suppliers — specifically, an alert before a stockout hits production, not after. We looked at Vendor Manager Workspace but it seems built for IT service vendors (SLAs, incidents), not physical parts suppliers. Within SPO/SLO, is there a native or recommended way to flag a PO at risk of late/short delivery proactively (based on supplier delivery history), before the supplier raises an exception — and is the recent FedEx Dataworks collaboration relevant here? Happy to be pointed to the right place if this belongs elsewhere
