Hello Guys,
I have an requirement that i have to increase the max length of email field in "client email template" table.
Is this voilating the servicenow best practice or not.
can you please share any servicenow documentation related to this point.

Hi @Community Alums
Any reason for increasing the incident name length? You can keep the name small so it fits within the OOTB length size. You can increase the size, but it may impact upgrades. Everything else looks fine, but if possible, keep the name small instead of creating technical debt.
