Employee Profiles can be generated for active users only. when I am trying to add Employee profiles

When I am doing the following steps, I get error message: Employee Profiles can be generated for active users only. My record is active. 

Heres the info I have entered below:

@hikerclimber due to the condition built in your first screen is there any active user whose first name contains Aaron and their State/Province is CA?

You can verify the same condition in the sys_user table - if you get any record or not.

The condition seems overkill to me 😛

Can you please share the error message? The Employee Definition is not Active due to the last field...

According to the system admin picture, it seems it is a PDI, and there are on default no data in the State/Province field, so unless you create the Aaron guy and add their State/Province

Ensure that the same condition can return any records...

Hi @hikerclimber , 

I can see that the Employee Profile Definition record also needs to be active. Could you try marking that checkbox as active and then test again?
